Launching Our First Education Initiative in Morena
We are excited to announce the official launch of our Education Empowerment program in the Chambal region of Madhya Pradesh. This initiative represents our commitment to providing holistic, evidence-based learning opportunities that connect experience, context, language, local knowledge, curriculum, evidence, practice and understanding.
Program Overview
The Education Empowerment program focuses on:
- Holistic development of children through evidence-based teaching
- Connecting experience, context, language, local knowledge, curriculum, evidence, practice and understanding
- Providing free educational materials, books, stationery, uniforms, bags
- Teacher training and capacity building
- Parent and community engagement programs
- Regular assessment and progress tracking
Our Approach
Our approach is grounded in the belief that education should be accessible, relevant, and transformative. We combine:
- Evidence-based teaching methodologies
- Local knowledge and cultural context integration
- Curriculum alignment with national standards
- Regular monitoring and evaluation
- Community participation and ownership
Expected Impact
In the first year, we aim to:
- Provide educational support to 100 children
- Train 20 local teachers in evidence-based methodologies
- Distribute 500 educational kits (books, stationery, uniforms, bags)
- Engage 500 parents and community members
- Establish 5 learning centers in the Chambal region
