About the Role

As an Education Support Volunteer, you will work directly with our Education Empowerment program to support holistic learning experiences for children in the Chambal region. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, child development, and community service.

Key Responsibilities

Volunteers in this role will:

1. Assist teachers in implementing holistic, evidence-based lesson plans
2. Provide one-on-one support to children who need additional help
3. Help prepare educational materials and learning kits
4. Facilitate small group learning activities
5. Support parent engagement activities and workshops
6. Assist with monitoring and tracking student progress
7. Participate in regular training and reflection sessions
